✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • We base our pricing on the number of employees and anticipated participation.

  • NO ONE will judge you or shame you. This will be a no-shame zone. Curiosity, yes... shame, no. If it is a Damp January for you, that is totally okay.

  • Up to the individual. We will work with your team to decide on how to message this as cannabis is illegal in some states and/or prohibited in some companies. Our program is going to be focused as a group on alcohol.

  • We will spell this out in detail once we approach the start of Dry January. But the fast answer is NO. We've been through a lot in the United States and elsewhere, too. We want this to be a psychologically safe space. We will discourage those kinds of threads.

  • Absolutely!

  • Certainly. Though we will be focusing on alcohol and not drinking, some people might decide to eliminate something like refined sugar for the month.
