  • NO ONE will judge you or shame you. This will be a no-shame zone. Curiosity, yes... shame, no. If it is a Damp January for you, that is totally okay.

  • It’s up to you. Some people will take this opportunity to remove other substances like cannabis, sugar, caffeine, and nicotine. But, as a group, we are going to be focused on alcohol.

  • We want this to be a psychologically safe space. There are many places to gather with others to discuss those kinds of topics, but we'll ask that it not happen here.
